This is the first ever website dedicated solely for owners of mobile holiday homes, static caravans and motor-homes that would like a short-term exchange. As an avid enthusiast of camping for many years, I have had the good fortune to visit many beautiful and breathtaking places. I have met some truly wonderful people along the way - as I am sure many of you reading this have too. These are the people responsible for the motivation behind Mobile Home Swop.

The concept behind this is to allow owners of mobile homes all around Europe to simply swop with other owners, in order to see other parts of the world and meet different people for holiday breaks. Imagine taking a free break on the Cote d'azur, Italian Riviera, the sandy shores of Cornwall, the Algarve or just about anywhere else in Europe you have always dreamed about or long to return to.

If you are an owner of a holiday home you have almost certainly just paid a considerable sum in ground rent to the site owners - particularly if your holiday home is abroad. Many owners have just seen around a 20% increase in rent on last year due to the weak pound against the euro. This is undoubtedly going to play on your mind and the initial reaction will be to make sure you get your money's worth, by planning as many trips as possible. Personally I don't blame you, but this year why not take advantage of Mobile Home Swop and replace one or more of your trips with one of the many fabulous breaks other members have to offer. In exchange for them holidaying in your mobile home.

BRAND NEW FOR 2009 You are currently looking at a privately owned Prestige luxury Static caravan which is situated on a quiet cull de sac on Cedar Woods of Haven Holiday Park Reighton Sands. This is a sort after quiet area of the park with panoramic sea views from the bay windows. This caravan is less then 5 minutes away from all the park amenities but you don’t have the disadvantage of cars driving between the static so being safe for your children to play out.

The ABI Polaris is a 3 bedroom static caravan which will sleep 8 using the pull out double bed in the lounge area. This holiday home comes double glazed with central heating in every room. The master bedroom has a double bed with a fitted wardrobe and fitted units for storage, bedroom two and three are identical with two single beds which can be brought together to make a double if required and also have a fitted wardrobe and storage in each. The living room and dining area is spacious. The kitchen comes complete with a full size cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle fridge freezer and all the usual place settings to dine up to 8 people. There are two WC the main has a full size shower, toilet and sink, the second has a toilet and sink.

THE REIGHTON SANDS ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX: This has a beer garden next to The Finnigans Bar & Diner, a fish & chips shop, Funworks Amusements Arcade & the Sands Cabaret Club for the evening entertainment. On site is a launderette, hire shop, a convenience store with off licence.
